Dr. Caleb is very thorough and takes his time. He asks often if you have any questions which are great. The ladies that work in the front are very nice. I believe Erica was the one that helped me when it came time to pick out frames and she was patient with my indecisiveness and helped me decide by pointing out some options. I would definitely recommend this office for your eye needs.

“I am not from Fort Collins, I am a student here and I was having an emergency with my eye, it hurt and was all red. I called this office at 8 am on Saturday and they immediately answered the phone and when I told them of my issue without hesitation they told me to come right over.
I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever met. They didn’t have me fill out the entire new patient form before the doctor came to see me. She was very professional and diagnosed what was wrong with my eye.
All in all, I will definitely be using this office for my eye doctor needs while I am living up here. Friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable doctors, and a very clean and organized office.

“My first visit to RMFV was an excellent one. Dr. Caleb and the staff were all very friendly and I experienced a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Caleb was very professional and took his time with me, patiently answering my numerous questions. After the exam, Debbie was wonderful in assisting me with working out the insurance details and helping out with selecting frames.
The office was roomy, welcoming and they have a large selection of appealing modern frames. Great all-around experience, I’ll be back!

“This was my first visit, and Dr. Caleb and his staff were kind, helpful, patient and efficient. My exam with Dr. Caleb was relaxed and thorough. After recently moving here from NC, he discovered I have been wearing the wrong prescriptions now for two years!!! My last eye doc had way over-prescribed me. I can’t believe what a difference this discovery has made in my comfort in wearing my lenses. Thank you, Dr. Caleb! And because I was on the border with astigmatism, and had drastically changed my lens prescription, he sent me home to try the new lenses and said if they aren’t feeling completely comfortable, come back. After two days, I could tell they weren’t quite right, so I went back into their office, and Dr. C did another short exam, and said let us try the astigmatism lenses… and voila, I can see better than I have in quite a long time!!! If you are looking for a new eye doctor, this is the place!!!

“This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor. Dr. Caleb Schoonover was extremely thorough and personable. He didn’t seem to be in any rush or anxious to get to the next patient. Once the exam began, it was only him and I in the room, no tech that he was dictating to, he gave me his full attention. He even personally assisted as I tested out new contacts and when he didn’t like the results I was getting in one eye, he took the time to assess what was happening, grab another brand, and go through the assessment again. He made sure I didn’t have any questions, that I was comfortable with his suggestions, and was also considerate of my budget limitations which was greatly appreciated! Did I mention when I called to schedule my new patient appointment they were able to get me in the same week? I would definitely recommend this practice!
